At Accom, we ensure a secure and transparent payment process in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. By using our platform for booking accommodations, you agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Processing
- All payments on Accom are processed through secure third-party payment gateways that comply with RBI’s Payment Aggregator (PA) and Payment Gateway (PG) guidelines.
- Transactions are subject to authentication protocols such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and OTP-based verification, ensuring secure payments.
- Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other RBI-approved digital wallets.

Booking Confirmation & Charges
- A booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
- The final booking amount may include additional charges such as taxes, service fees, and convenience charges, as applicable.
- Accom does not store sensitive financial details such as card numbers or CVVs, in compliance with RBI’s Card-on-File Tokenization guidelines.

Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund policies vary based on the host’s terms and will be displayed before booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
- In case of a chargeback or dispute, Accom will follow RBI’s Ombudsman Scheme for Digital Transactions to resolve payment-related grievances.

Foreign Exchange & International Payments
- For international bookings, payments will be processed in INR, with currency conversion handled by the payment provider.
- RBI’s Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) regulations will apply to all cross-border transactions.

Fraud Prevention & Security
- Transactions may be subject to additional verification checks to prevent fraud.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in the cancellation of the booking and reporting to regulatory authorities.
